The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highway (South East) (No.1) Order 2025 authorising the stopping up of a length of footpath as lies off Church Street within the former Agora Centre carparking area at Wolverton, in Milton Keynes. This is to enable development as permitted by Milton Keynes Council, under references 20/03293/FUL and 23/00206/FULM.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/SE/S247/5916). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Town Hall, Creed Street, Wolverton, Milton Keynes, MK12 5LY.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 16 January 2025.
