That on the 3rd December 2024, a TTT Moneycorp LTD account in the name UKLG LTD, was frozen under a POCA Account Freezing Order for 6 months. The balance of the account is £29,000.00. The address on the account is 21 STRATFORD WAY: BICESTER: OX26 1BY and the sole signatory is named as Mr Mark MOODY.

I, Detective Inspector 5280 Robert Havelock, of Thames Valley Police, am a senior officer within the meaning of S303Z2(4) of Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (POCA) am satisfied that the money (+interest accrued) or part of it is :

a) recoverable property; or

b) is intended by any person for use in unlawful conduct

as per s303Z3(2) POCA.

Any person may object to the proposed forfeiture within 30 days, starting with the day after the notice is given. Accordingly, the period for objecting to this notice expires on 17/02/2025.

If no objection is received at the above address within the prescribed period stated herein the funds will be forfeited.
