Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that The State of Connecticut acting through its Treasurer, transferred 100% of its interest in BC European Capital X Cyxtera AIV LP, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP017908 (the “Partnership”), to ASF SAS GP SARL acting for and on behalf of Ardian CT Private Equity Partners SCSp and as a result of such transfer, ASF SAS GP SARL acting for and on behalf of Ardian CT Private Equity Partners SCSp was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and The State of Connecticut acting through its Treasurer ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
