Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 3 January 2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 9 December 2024, I, Chloe Hornsby-Summerson, 97 Kents Hill Road Benfleet SS7 5PP, Single and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Chloe Hornsby-Gibbs and assumed the name of Chloe Hornsby-Summerson.
