Notice is hereby given that on 10th January 2025 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Lothian and Borders at Edinburgh craving the Court inter alia that EB Construction Group Ltd, with its Registered Office at Summit House, 4-5 Mitchell Street, Edinburgh EH6 7BD be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh by interlocutor dated 10th January 2025 ordained the said EB Construction Group Ltd and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at 27 Chambers Street, Edinburgh, EH1 1LB within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement.
