Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that, on 18 December 2024:

(i) Hermes GPE PEC IV LP transferred 100% of its limited partner interest in Kite Co-Investment No.2 Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP020735 (the “Partnership”), to Bridgepoint Europe VII Nominees Limited as trustee for and on behalf of Bridgepoint Europe VII LP (the “New Limited Partner”).

(ii) Hermes GPE Ohio Sidecar II LP transferred 100% of its limited partner interest in the Partnership to the New Limited Partner; and

(iii) Hermes GPE Horizon II LP transferred 100% of its limited partner interest in the Partnership to the New Limited Partner.

Consequently on that date, each of Hermes GPE PEC IV LP, Hermes GPE Ohio Sidecar II LP and Hermes GPE Horizon II LP ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership and was replaced as a limited partner by the New Limited Partner.
