Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that, on 18 December 2024, Sjätte AP-fonden transferred 100% of its limited partner interest in Kite Co-Investment Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP020049 (the “Partnership”), to Bridgepoint Europe VII Nominees Limited as trustee for and on behalf of Bridgepoint Europe VII LP (the “New Limited Partner”). Consequently on that date Sjätte AP-fonden ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership and was replaced as a limited partner by the New Limited Partner.
