Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 224 of the Companies Act 1931 , that a final meeting of the members of the above named Company will be held at Forvis Mazars LLP, 1st Floor, Two Chamberlain Square, Birmingham, B3 3AX on 28 February 2025 at 10.00 am for the purpose of having an account laid before them and to receive the Joint Liquidators’ report showing how the winding-up of the company has been conducted and its assets property disposed of, and the hearing of any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator. Any member entitled to attend and vote at the above-mentioned meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his stead and such proxy need not be a member of the Company.
