NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Barnet propose to make the above-mentioned Orders under Sections 6 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.

In order to maintain road safety and traffic flow, deter obstructive parking, improve sightlines and safety and improve bus stop accessibility, the general effect of the above Order would a be to introduce new ‘At any time’ waiting restrictions approximately 9.5 metres in length on both sides of Edgeworth Road EN4 close to the junction of Park Road.

Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order can be obtained, inclusive for a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published, by emailing parking.consultations@barnet.gov.uk or by writing to the Design Team, Highways Section, 3rd Floor, 2 Bristol Avenue, Colindale, London NW9 4EW.

Any person wishing to object to or comment on the proposed Order should send a written statement explaining their objection/comments, and quoting reference number SCR633 (Edgeworth Road EN5 BC002250-53), to the Design Team, London Borough of Barnet, 2 Bristol Avenue, Colindale NW9 4EW, via the Barnet TraffWeb website or via email to parking.consultations@barnet.gov.uk within 21 days of the date of this Notice.
