YFM Executives' Partnership Growth II LP

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 1 October 2024, Andrew Benjamin Thomas (the "Transferring Limited Partner") transferred his entire interest in YFM Executives' Partnership Growth II LP, a Limited Partnership registered in Scotland with registered No SL033144 (the "Partnership"), to Mia Hailwood and that, with effect from 1 October 2024, the Transferring Limited Partner ceased to be a Limited Partner in the Partnership.
