The following members assigned 100% of their shares in the Partnership to Malcolm Alexander Cruickshanks on the following dates and ceased to be Members in the Partnership: Matthew Kurian on 19 November 2024, Joylon Luke on 09 December 2024, Andrew Moorfield on 10 December 2024 and Adrian Grey on 11 December 2024.
