The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highway (East) (No.01) Order 2025" authorising the stopping up of an irregular shaped northern part width of Aster Drive comprising highway verge at Werrington, in the City of Peterborough. This is to enable development as permitted by Peterborough City Council, under reference 23/01674/HHFUL.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/E/S247/5767). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Werrington Library, Staniland Way, Peterborough, PE4 6JT.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 30 January 2025.
