NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in accordance with section 116 of the Highways Act 1980 an application will be made to the Justices of the Peace of the Local Justice Area of Lincolnshire on Monday 10 March 2025 at 10.00 am at the Boston Magistrates’ Court, The Court House, 55 Norfolk Street, Boston PE21 6PE for stopping up part of the public highway at Barn House, Hoop End, Tetney, Lincolnshire DN36 5LB. The area of land to be stopped up is shown edged red on the Stopping Up Plan.

The Plan can be inspected at all reasonable times at the offices of Lincolnshire County Council, County Offices, Newland, Lincoln LN1 1YS (Main Reception), at www.lincolnshire.gov.uk and at East Lindsey District Council, The Hub, Mareham Road, Horncastle LN9 6PH.

The Order sought is for stopping up the said area of land for the purposes of all traffic on the grounds that it is unnecessary.
