NOTICE IS GIVEN by the Joint Administrators that a decision is to be sought from the creditors of the Company at a virtual meeting to be held on 11 February 2025 at 10.00 am. The purpose of a meeting is to vote on whether a Creditors' Committee is formed, and if one is not formed to approve the Joint Administrators' proposals, pre-administration costs and to approve the Joint Administrators' post appointment remuneration.

Failure to do so will lead to their vote(s) being disregarded.
