BLOCK TRANSFER OF INSOLVENCY CASES
Notice is hereby given that, by Order of the Court dated 20 January 2025 (Block Transfer Order), Neville Side (IP number 15030) (Outgoing Office-Holder) was removed as Office Holder in the cases listed in the Schedules below and the following individuals were appointed as Office Holders in his place as specified below.
• Benjamin Peterson (IP number 25570) of BDO LLP, Ground Floor – Suite B Water Court, 116-118 Canal Street, Nottingham NG1 7HF
• Ms Christine Francis (IP number 13596) of BDO LLP, Level 12, Thames Tower, Station Road, Reading, Berkshire RG1 1LX;
• Ms Kiri Holland (IP number 25910) of BDO LLP, 55 Baker Street, London W1U 7EU;
• Mr Simon Girling (IP number 9283) of BDO LLP, Bridgewater House, Finzels Reach, Counterslip, Bristol BS1 6BX;
• Mr William Matthew Tait (IP number 9564) of BDO LLP, 55 Baker Street, London W1U 7EU;
• Mr Mark Thornton (IP number 25650) of BDO LLP, Central Square, 29 Wellington Street, Leeds, West Yorkshire LS1 4DL; and
• Mr Shane Crooks (IP number: 15110) of BDO LLP, 55 Baker Street, London W1U 7EU
(the Replacement Office-Holders).
All removals and replacement appointments were made with immediate effect.
Notification
The creditors in each of the cases listed in the Schedules below be notified of the Block Transfer Order by advertisement in the London Gazette within 28 days from the date of the Block Transfer Order (Advertisement). The creditors in each of the cases listed in the Schedules below shall be given further notice at the time of the next statutory reporting requirement for each case.
Any creditor in respect of any of the companies or persons listed in the Schedules below who has an objection to the Block Transfer Order shall have 28 days from the date of the Advertisement to apply to court to set aside or vary the terms of the Block Transfer Order. Such application shall not affect the transfer of the cases listed in the Schedules below until further or other order by the court.
In respect of the company matters appearing in Schedules 1 and 2 below, notification of the transfer shall be given to the Registrar of Companies within 28 days from the date of the Block Transfer Order.
Each Replacement Office-Holder shall give notice to the Secretary of State in respect of each of the cases listed in the Schedules below as soon as reasonably practicable.
Joint appointments
Where any appointment made by the Block Transfer Order is on a joint basis, the powers of the office-holders pursuant to their appointment may be exercised by any one or more of them.
Discharge and release
In respect of his appointments as joint administrator the Outgoing Office-Holder shall receive his discharge under paragraph 98 of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986 28 days after the Advertisement unless a creditor has made an application to set aside or vary the terms of the Block Transfer Order in which event release in respect of any appointment the subject-matter of such application shall await further order of the court.
Save as aforesaid the Outgoing Office-Holder shall be released on application to the Secretary of State.
In respect of their appointment as joint administrators of the companies listed in Schedule 1 below, the Replacement Office-Holders shall receive their discharge under paragraph 98 of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986 at the same time and in the same manner as if they had been appointed under paragraph 14 or paragraph 22 of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986.
