THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HAVERING (PARKING PLACES) (MAP BASED) (AMENDMENT NO.64) ORDER 2025
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 30th January 2025 the Council of the London Borough of Havering did make the above-mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended
2. The general effect of the Orders will be to:-

a) Introduce no waiting at any time restrictions on:
i) Bridge Close and to the rear of the ambulance station
ii) Philip Road to cover the raised kerb area between nos. 7 and 9
iii) Beech Close to the side of no. 137 Benhurst Avenue and fronting no. 1 Beech Close
iv) Diban Avenue fronting the electricity sub-station, between nos. 112 and 114
v) Thurso Close to the front of no. 21 Elgin Avenue
vi) Ardleigh Green Road to the front of nos. 130 to 136 to 140
vii) All arms of the New Zealand Way junctions with Gisborne Gardens and Burwood Gardens
viii) Kew Close on its eastern side, between its junction with Hyde Close and the common boundary of nos. 3 and 7
b) Introduce a disabled persons parking bay on:
i) Galleywood Crescent opposite no. 71
ii) Fyfield Road outside nos.73 and 75
iii) Warden Avenue outside no. 34
iv) Hillrise Road outside no. 129
v) Mowbrays Road opposite no. 86
c) Remove a disabled persons parking bay on:
i) Dudley Road outside no. 32
ii) Edmond Road outside no. 23
d) Remove the disabled parking bay outside no. 69 Sherringham Avenue and reinstate a residents parking bay
e) Removal of a section of free parking bay outside no. 15 Garbutt Road and the introduction of Monday to Friday 8.00am to 9.30am waiting restriction
3. Copies of the Orders, which will come into force on the 3rd February 2025, other relevant Orders, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, can be obtained by emailing schemes@havering.gov.uk, until the expiration of a period of six weeks from the date on which the Orders are made.
4. If any person wishes to question the validity of either of the Orders, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders are made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
