Notice is hereby given that on 17 January 2025, Apex Group Trustee Services Limited (formerly Sanne Trustee Services Limited) in its capacity as former trustee of Urban Retail III (Liverpool) Unit Trust has agreed to transfer the whole of its interest in Grosvenor Liverpool Fund, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP009843 with principal place of business at 70 Grosvenor Street, London W1K 3JP to TMF Trustee No. 1 Limited acting in its capacity as trustee of the Urban Retail III (Liverpool) Unit Trust and therefore ceased to be a partner in the Partnership with effect from the date such notice is published by the London Gazette.
