Pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, the Trustee of the Scheme gives notice that the winding-up of the Defined Contribution (“DC”) Section of the Scheme will shortly be completed.

The Trustee requests that the following persons write to the Trustee, at the address given below, on or before 31 March 2024.

• any former employee of Fyffes Group Ltd, or if such a person is deceased, the spouse ordependant of that person, who in either case is (or thinks they might be) entitled to benefitsunder the DC Section of the Scheme,

• any person (or the spouse or dependant of that person) who was previously a member of theDC Section of the Scheme but who transferred their benefits out of the Scheme, and

• any other person who believes they may have a claim against the DC Section of the Scheme.

Claimants should provide their full name, address, date of birth, National Insurance number and details of when they were members of the DC Section of the Scheme.

On or after this date, the Trustee will complete the process of distributing the assets of the DC Section of the Scheme amongst the persons currently appearing to be entitled to them and, in doing so, will have regard only to the claims of which they currently have notice.

The Trustee shall then not be liable to any person whose claim has not been notified to them by the date stated in this notice. Notification is not required from persons who have received correspondence in January 2025 from the Trustee relating to the transfer of assets of the DC Section of the Scheme.
