Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 NOTICE is hereby given that: 1. PAPEF VI-A, L.P. has transferred its interest in the Partnership, represented by a capital contribution of €31.87, to a new limited partner, Hollyport Secondary Opportunities VIII Limited.

2. PAPEF VI (Offshore)-A, SPC has transferred its interest in the Partnership, represented by a capital contribution of €20.09, to a new limited partner, Hollyport Secondary Opportunities VIII Limited.
