Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 4 September 2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 18 December 2024 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Eva Lilly Veail Gear who is a child and single and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Eva Lilly Shipton and assumed the name of Eva Lilly Veail Gear.
