For the attention of Jian Xin MA, who was stopped at Birmingham New Street Railway Station on the 11th November 2024 by the British Transport Police. I would like to inform them that the cash namely £2,980.40 seized from him, has been seized under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 and an application for forfeiture of seized cash, believing that the cash is recoverable property or intended for use in unlawful conduct, has been listed. The hearing will take place at Birmingham Magistrates Court, 1 Newton Street, Birmingham, B4 7NA, Friday 14th March 2025 at 10:00am, should they wish to attend to contest the application.
