1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 31st January 2025 the Council of the London Borough of Hackney made the above-mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.
2. The general effect of the Orders will be to introduce cycle hangars in the following locations;

| Beatty Road | Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay opposite Nos. 55 and 57. |
| Carysfort Road | (a) Replace 2.5 metres of residents' parking outside No. 75. |
| (b) Replace 2.5 metres of residents' parking outside No. 83. | |
| Cecilia Road | Replace 2.5 metres of residents' parking outside No. 9. |
| Clarence Road | Replace 2.5 metres of cashless shared use bay outside No. 62. |
| Cressington Close | Replace 2.5 metres of double yellow line, no waiting “at any time” restrictions at the side of No. 4 King Henry’s Yard. |
| Darville Road | Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay outside No. 19. |
| Forest Road | Replace 2.5 metres of residents' parking space outside Nos. 89 and 91. |
| Gayhurst Road | Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay outside Flat Nos. 47 to 67 Morland Estate, in Gayhurst Road. |

| Ickburgh Road | Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay at the side of No. 167 Brooke Road in Ickburgh Road. |

| Milton Grove | Replace 2.5 metres of residents' parking space outside Nos. 76 and 78. |
| Mountgrove Road | Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay outside No. 12. |
| Pellerin Road | Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay opposite No. 40. |
| Perch Street | Replace 2.5 metres of residents' parking space at the side of No. 123 Shacklewell Lane. |
| Roding Road | Replace 2.5 metres of residents' parking space outside No. 24. |
| Rushmore Road | Replace 2.5 metres of residents' parking space opposite No. 90. |
| Springdale Road | Replace 2.5 metres of residents' parking space outside No. 66. |
| Walford Road | Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay outside Nos. 64 to 70. |
| Walsingham Road | Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay, west of No. 24. |
3. Copies of the Orders, which will come into force on 10th day of February 2025, other relevant Orders, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, can be inspected for a period of six weeks from the date on which the Orders are made by email request to streetscene.consultations@hackney.gov.uk. Alternatively such documents can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays, in the visitor’s reception area, London Borough of Hackney, Hackney Service Centre, 1 Hillman Street, London, E8 1DY by appointment only.
4. If any person wishes to question the validity of the Orders, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders are made, may appeal to the High Court.
