Take notice that Alan Stephen John Faulkner and Candace Dawn Faulkner of The Sheiling, Old Mill Lane, Lovedean, Waterlooville, PO8 0SW, as leasehold owners of The Sheiling, Old Mill Lane, Lovedean, Waterlooville, PO8 0SW registered under HM Land Registry title number HP379811, requires that notice of their intention to purchase the freehold be served on the current landlord who cannot be found. The identity of the landlord therefore cannot be ascertained. It is unknown whether the freehold of the said property has been sold between 29th September 1604 (when the lease was originally granted) and today. Any persons with knowledge of such a sale are kindly requested to come forward.

Mr and Mrs Faulkner intend to apply to the County Court, under the provisions of the Leasehold Reform Housing & Urban Development Act 1993, for a vesting order to purchase the freehold if he is unable to give notice to the landlord, with their identity and location unknown.
