SEGREGATED PART B (“PART B”) OF THE INTERSERVE PENSION SCHEME ("THE SCHEME")

NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND BENEFICIARIES UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Trustee is winding-up Part B (also referred to as the Landmarc Section) of the Scheme.

Any creditor, member or beneficiary of Part B of the Scheme or any other person who believes they have a claim against, or entitlement to a pension or any benefit from, or an interest in Part B of the Scheme is requested to write to the Trustee: Interserve Trustees Limited c/o Stuart Palmer by post to 2F26 Arena Business Centre, 100 Berkshire Place, Winnersh, Berkshire RG41 5RD or by email to stuart.palmer@tilburydouglas.co.uk, to make a claim.

Claimants should provide their full name, address, date of birth, NI number and, if applicable, dates of employment. If any other person believes they have a claim against or an interest in Part B of the Scheme, they are requested to write to the same address setting out full particulars of their claim. Please quote the Scheme name in all correspondence.

All claims must be received by Friday 18 April 2025. After this date, the Trustee will proceed to complete the wind-up of Part B of the Scheme and secure benefits for any remaining beneficiaries, having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have prior notice. The Trustee shall not be liable to any person of whose claims and demands they have not had notice.

Any person who has been contacted by the Trustee at their current address or has already made a claim and received a response need not re-apply to the Trustee.

It should be noted that the benefits of the Landmarc Pension Scheme were previously transferred into Part B of the Scheme in March 2016.
