Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 20 July 2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 20 December 2024 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Khari Ricardo Sam Thaibsyah who is a child and single and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Khari Ricardo Sam and assumed the name of Khari Ricardo Sam Thaibsyah.
