By request of members of the Earl’s Court Square Garden Committee and in accordance with The Open Spaces Act of 1906,

Notice is hereby given that two meetings of the Earl’s Court Square Garden Committee will be held to discuss and vote on the motion:

Earl’s Court Square Garden Committee is enabled to offer on an annual basis up to a maximum of 75 Subscriber Keys, only to residents of properties in Earl’s Court Square and Farnell Mews who do not pay the Garden Charge for Earl’s Court Square Garden as stated in the Kensington Improvement Act of 1851.

The first meeting will be held on: Monday 24th March 2025 at 6:30pm.

If the motion is approved by the required two-thirds of the Members present, the second meeting will be held on: Monday 28th April 2025 at 6:30pm.

Both meetings will be held at: St Cuthbert’s Church, 50 Philbeach Gardens, London, SW5 9EB
