Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 5 September 2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 6 December 2024 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Scarlett Rose MacCormack-Statham who is a child and single and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Scarlett Rose Statham and assumed the name of Scarlett Rose MacCormack-Statham.
