NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT AND INVITATION FOR CREDITORS TO PROVE

Notice is given that at a hearing in the High Court of Justice of the Isle of Man Court (“Court”) on 13 February 2025, it was ordered that the voluntary winding up of the Company that commenced by members’ resolution on 3 October 2024 shall continue subject to the supervision of the Court pursuant to section 243 of the Companies Act 1931, as applied by section 182 of the Companies Act 2006. It was further ordered that Gordon Wilson and Paul Allen shall continue as Joint Liquidators and that they be appointed as Joint Deemed Official Receivers of the Company. A copy of the Court’s order can be obtained by request of the Joint Liquidators by contacting MontreuxHealthcareFund@frpadvisory.com.

Notice is hereby given that the final date for creditors to prove claims is 21 March 2025. If you believe that you are a creditor, please contact FRP Advisory (Isle of Man) Ltd at 6th Floor, Victory House, Prospect Hill, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1EQ for a proof of debt form. Pursuant to The Companies (Winding Up) Rules 1934 R83(1) failure to prove your claim may result in exclusion from the benefit of any distribution made in the liquidation.
