NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Article 92 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that the Final Meetings of the members and creditors of the above Company will be held at The offices of Teneo Financial Advisory Limited, First Floor, City Square, Leeds, LS1 2ES on Tuesday 25 March 2025 at 11.00 am and 11.30am respectively. The following resolutions will be considered at the meetings:

1. THAT the Joint Liquidators’ Final Report be approved.

2. THAT the Joint Liquidators be granted their release and discharge.

3. THAT the books, accounts and documents of the Company and of the Joint Liquidators be disposed of asthe Joint Liquidators see fit, subject to any legal requirements governing the period of retention.

Creditors wishing to vote at the final meeting of creditors must lodge their proofs of debt and (unless they are attending in person) proxies with the Joint Liquidators at The offices of Teneo Financial Advisory Limited, First Floor, City Square, Leeds, LS1 2ES not later than 12 noon on the business day before the meeting.
