Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 28 November 2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 3 January 2025, I, Evie Poppy Rose Bunnell, 5 Lobden Crescent, Whitworth, Lancashire OL12 8PU, Single and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Evie Poppy Rose Meek and assumed the name of Evie Poppy Rose Bunnell.
