Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 12 November 2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 2 January 2025 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Zeina Lalliche Azhapilli who is a child and single and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Zeina Azhapilli and assumed the name of Zeina Lalliche Azhapilli.
