Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, in relation to Seraphim Space Enterprise Investments LP, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL037169 (the “Partnership”) that:

1. Robert Desborough has transferred part of his interest in the Partnership to The Cohen Horning Family Revocable Trust with effect from 29 January 2025 and that as a result of such transfer, The Cohen Horning Family Revocable Trust became a limited partner in the Partnership with effect from 29 January 2025 and Robert Desborough remained as a limited partner in the Partnership; and

2. Robert Desborough has transferred part of his interest in the Partnership to Move The RAM SGPS with effect from 11 February 2025 and that as a result of such transfer, Move The RAM SGPS became a limited partner in the Partnership with effect from 11 February 2025 and Robert Desborough remained as a limited partner in the Partnership.
