At a General Meeting of the above named company held at 1.45 pm on 18 February 2025, the following resolutions were duly passed as a special and an ordinary resolution, respectively:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Grace Jones and Lisa Ann Thomas both of Parker Andrews Limited, 5th Floor, The Union Building, 51-59 Rose Lane, Norwich, NR1 1BY be appointed liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up.”

At a subsequent meeting held on the same day, the Creditors appointed Andrew Fender (IP No. 6898) and Sandra Fender (IP No. 23272) both of Sanderlings LLP, Sanderlings, Becketts Farm, Alcester Road, Birmingham, B47 6AJ as Joint Liquidators of the Company.
