THE HILLINGDON (WAITING & LOADING RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2023 (AMENDMENT NO. 26) ORDER 2025

THE HILLINGDON (FREE PARKING PLACES) (DISABLED PERSONS) TRAFFIC ORDER 2024 (AMENDMENT NO. 5) ORDER 2025

Hillingdon Council gives notice that on 21st February 2025 it made the above Orders to:

1. Install 'at any time' waiting restrictions in sections of roads as set out in the Schedule to this notice below.

2. Install blue badge disabled parking bays at the following locations:

i) Outside No. 81 Bedford Avenue, Hayes

ii) Outside No. 63 Great Central Avenue, Ruislip

iii) Outside No. 75 Great Central Avenue, Ruislip

iv) Outside No. 17 Malmesbury Close, Eastcote

3. Remove the redundant blue badge disabled parking bays at the following locations:

i) Outside No. 153 Thirlmere Gardens, Northwood

ii) Outside No. 931 Uxbridge Road, Hayes

iii) Outside No. 55 Berkeley Close, Ruislip

iv) Outside No. 683 Uxbridge Road, Hayes

v) Outside No. 46 Frogmore Avenue, Hayes

Copies of the Orders which will come into operation on 3rd March 2025 can be seen by appointment at the Civic Centre, Uxbridge during normal office hours, for six weeks following the date on which this notice is published.

Copies of the Orders can be obtained from the Transport & Projects team, by email parkingmanagementschemes@hillingdon.gov.uk. If any person wishes to question the validity of these Orders or any of the provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which these Orders were made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.

SCHEDULE – INSTALLATION OF 'AT ANY TIME' WAITING RESTRICTIONS

BREAKSPEAR ROAD NORTH, HAREFIELD – Across the entrances to Hambleton Close and Little Hammonds.

VICTORIA ROAD, RUISLIP – Extend the existing double yellow lines outside Nos. 370 and 372 Victoria Road by 7 metres northwestwards.

MONEY LANE, WEST DRAYTON – On the corner of the junction next to Frays Hall.
