I would like to inform you that the cash namely $1,208.00 Dollars, £115.00 Sterling and €65.00 Euros which was seized under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 has been forfeited after a hearing at Birmingham Magistrates Court on 21st February 2025. Should you wish to contest this forfeiture then you have 30 days to appeal to Birmingham Crown Court.
