Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 14.28 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the Liquidator proposes declaring a first and final dividend to the secondary preferential creditors of the Company.

The Creditors of the Company are required, on or before 4 Aptil 2025 to submit their proofs to the undersigned Mrs E T F Sale, the Liquidator of the Company, and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved his debt before the date mentioned above is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the first and final dividend.

Notice is further given that the Liquidator intends to declare a first and final dividend within 2 months of the last date for proving.
