Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnership Act 1907, that Wellisford 1 Trust (Transferor) assigned part of its interest as a limited partner in Newcore Strategic Situations III LP (a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP017749 (Partnership)) to Sian Rees SIPP (Transferee) on 20 May 2024. Accordingly, the Transferee became a limited partner of the Partnership.
