Notice is hereby given that on 26th February 2025 a petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court on behalf Barry William Livingstone and Yvonne McKinlay craving the Court inter alia to permit the Petitioners in the period of 5 years from 7th February 2025 to (a) be directors of L & S Litho Printers Limited and L & S Litho Limited trading with the name “L & S Litho Printers”; (b) in any way, whether directly or indirectly, be concerned or take part in the promotion, formation or management of L & S Litho Printers Limited and L & S Litho Limited trading with the name “L & S Litho Printers” and; (c) in any way, whether directly or indirectly, be concerned or take part in the carrying on of the business carried on by L & S Litho Printers Limited and L & S Litho Limited trading with the name “L & S Litho Printers” in which Petition the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow, by Interlocutor dated 3rd March 2025 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
