NOTICE IS GIVEN by David McGinness that the creditors of the above named Company which was wound up voluntarily on 6 March 2025 are required, on or before 6 July 2025 to send their full names and addresses together with full particulars of their debts or claims to AAB Business & Tax Advisory LLP, 81 George Street, Edinburgh, Midlothian, EH2 3ES, GB and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to be necessary, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved. Please note that the distribution may be made without regard to the claim of any person in respect of a debt not proved.
