Notice is given pursuant to s719 Companies Act 2006 (CA 2006) that on 10 March 2025 the Company approved a payment of £11,615 (being the permissible capital payment for the shares) out of capital for the purpose of acquiring 5,050 of its own ordinary shares of £0.01 each. The directors' statement and auditor's report required by s714 CA 2006 are available for inspection at the Company's registered office at 73 Cornhill, London, EC3V 3QQ. Any creditor of the Company may at any time within the five weeks immediately following the date of the resolution for payment out of capital apply to the court under s721 CA 2006 for an order preventing the payment.
