NOTICE is hereby given that on 21 February 2025 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Ayr by Generation (UK) Limited (01358506), having its registered office at Trinity Street, Off Tat Bank Road, Oldbury, West Midlands, B69 4LA craving the Court inter alia that Tommy Graham (Scaffolding) Ltd. having its registered office at 3 School Brae, Annbank, Ayr, KA6 5EX be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Ayr by Interlocutor dated 25 February 2025 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Ayr within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
