Notice is hereby given that on 4 March 2025 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Aberdeen by Metronix Limited, 37 Bartlow Gardens, Romford, RM5 3UA, craving the Court inter alia that Eagle S&T Ltd, a private Limited Company (Company No. SC806477) having its Registered Office at 21B Seaforth Road, Aberdeen, AB24 5PW (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at the Sheriff Court at Aberdeen by interlocutor dated 4 March 2025; ordained the Company and all interested parties, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Aberdeen within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement. All of which notice is hereby given.
