“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gordon McIntyre (IP No. 30830) and George Lafferty (IP No. 9584) both of McLaren Insolvency Practitioners Ltd, 250 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 4QY be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they act jointly and severally”.
