The City of Edinburgh Council proposes to make an Order under the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997, to stop up the lengths of road described in the Schedule hereto, in order to enable development to be carried out in accordance with planning permission granted under said Act. A copy of the Order, public notice, accompanying plans, showing the roads to be stopped up, together with a statement of reasons and our privacy notice can be viewed free of charge, between 09:30 to 15:30, Mon-Fri, from 21/03/25 to 18/04/25 at Waverley Court reception or online at www.edinburgh.gov.uk/trafficorders or www.tellmescotland.gov.uk. Any person may, within 28 days from 21/03/25 make representations or object to the making of the Order by notice, in writing, or e-mail to TRO.Consultations@edinburgh.gov.uk quoting reference PO/25/06 to Traffic Orders, Waverley Court, 4 East Market Street, Edinburgh EH8 8BG. Representations and objections should state the name and address of the objector, the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made. After the 28 day period the Order will be confirmed as an unopposed Order by the Council or submitted to the Scottish Ministers for consideration as an opposed Order.

All that part of the carriageway on the north and south sides of Station Approach and the east side of Lochside Court from a point 14.89m or thereby west of the extended west kerbline of Lochside Court, eastwards for a distance of 73.2m or thereby and which has a width that varies from 0 m or thereby to 27.2m or thereby.

Station Approach (south side)

All that part of the footway on the south side of Station Approach from a point 0.87m or thereby east of the extended east kerbline of Lochside Court, eastwards for a distance of 92.29m or thereby and which has a width that varies from 1.69m or thereby to 4.62m or thereby.

Lochside Court (east to west leg)

All that part of the cycle track on the eastern end of Lochside Court from a point 20.71m or thereby east of the east kerbline of Lochside Court, eastwards for a distance of 96.82m or thereby and which has a width that varies from 2.05m or thereby to 11.97m or thereby.

Lochside Court (east to west leg) (north & south sides)

All that part of the carriageway on the north and south sides, at the eastern end of Lochside Court (east to west leg) from a point 8.41m or thereby west of the extended west kerbline of Lochside Court, eastwards for a distance of 37.73m or thereby and which has a width that varies from 0m or thereby to 16.05m or thereby.

Lochside Court (east side)

All that part of the footway on the east side of Lochside Court from a point 13.52m or thereby north of the extended south kerbline of the access road to the car park of No. 1 Lochside Court, southwards for a distance of 93m or thereby and which has a width that varies from 1.2m or thereby to 0m or thereby.
