NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Petition was presented to Aberdeen Sheriff Court by HARPER MACLEOD LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in Scotland under the Companies Acts (Company Number SO300331) on 11 March 2025, craving the Court inter alia to order that INICIO-FRESCO LIMITED (company number SC447307), having its registered office formerly at Amicable House, 252 Union Street, Aberdeen, AB10 1TN, Scotland and now at 1 St. Swithin Row, Aberdeen, Scotland, AB10 6DL be wound up by the Court and to appoint Interim Liquidators, in which Petition the Sheriff at Aberdeen by Interlocutor dated 11 March 2025 ordered any parties claiming an interest in the Petition to lodge answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Aberdeen within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement.
