NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Petition was presented to Portree Sheriff Court by HARPER MACLEOD LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in Scotland under the Companies Acts (Company Number SO300331) on 11 March 2025, craving the Court inter alia to order that THE STEIN INN LTD (company number SC625710), having its registered office at The Stein Inn, Stein, Waternish, Isle Of Skye, Scotland, IV55 8GA be wound up by the Court and to appoint Interim Liquidators, in which Petition the Sheriff at Portree by Interlocutor dated 11 March 2025 ordered any parties claiming an interest in the Petition to lodge answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Portree within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement.
