NOTICE is hereby given that on the 14th March 2025 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Edinburgh Sheriff Court by Antonio Pallucci, craving the court inter alia that GR Eatery Limited, Company Number SC506912, having its’ registered office at 86 Polwarth Gardens, Edinburgh, EH11 1LJ be wound up by the court and that an interim Liquidator be appointed, in which Petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh by Interlocutor dated 17th March 2025 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Edinburgh Sheriff Court, by email to edinburghcommercial@scotcourts.gov.uk within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement; of which notice is hereby given.
