A petition has been presented for the winding up of the above-named company on 6 February 2025 by CITY SOUTH CONSTRUCTION LTD (UK establishment number BR06940851) of Cannon Wharf, Business Centre, Pell Street, London, SE8 5EN claiming to be a creditor of the Company.
The petition will be heard at Medway County Courts in, Gun Wharf, Chatham, Kent, ME4 4AR, on 09 May 2025, at 11:30AM (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
Any person intending to appear at the hearing (whether to support or oppose the petition) must give notice of intention to do so the Petitioner in accordance with rule 7.14 of The Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 not later than 4pm on the business day before that which is appointed for the hearing (or, where the hearing has been adjourned, for the adjourned hearing).
