A petition to wind up the above named company having its registered office at Bank House, 18 Strawberry Bank, Blackburn, BB2 6AA, presented on 24 February 2025 by MORLINY FOODS LIMITED FKA SMITHFIELD FOODS LIMITED of Norfolk Tower, 48-52 Surrey Street, Norwich, NR1 3PA, claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Fourth Floor, West Gate, 6 Grace Street, Leeds, LS1 2RP on 8 April 2025, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
