A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Nova Studies Roe Cross Industrial Park, Mottram, Hyde, England, SK14 6NB, presented on 28 February 2025 by Scott Christian Bevan and Simon David Chandler in their capacity as the Joint Liquidators of VST ENTERPRISES LIMITED (In Liquidation), c/o Forvis Mazars LLP, Park View House, 58 The Ropewalk, Nottingham, NG1 5DW, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on Wednesday, 16 April 2025, at 10:30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioners or to their solicitors in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16:00 hours on Tuesday, 15 April 2025.
